During our frequent visits to Provence, my dear wife of almost 60 years would always like to stop at Les Olivades in Saint Etienne du Grès. Thus, I have several sets of quilted placemats and table runners which I don't use. I prefer the flat style with an easy-clean surface.

Tissus Toselli placemats and their napkins with the blue and yellow colours of Provence, the olives and cicadas design and finishing are very beautiful - and very difficult to find. We have been searching for them several times online as for us and our friends they have a sentimental value as well. Ten years ago, while in Aix-en-Provence, we had bought some placemats made by Toselli but matching napkins had not been available. Now, owing to I dream of France we have a complete set, plus one extra napkin as a gift for our friend who has just one placemat - bringing back the memories of happy times we had in Provence.
